Gary Scott currently serves as the Head of Customer Services at BEYOND Hospitality Group since December 2023. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Head of Customer Services at MATCH Hospitality AG from February 2019 to January 2024 and was the Sales & Customer Service Manager at Byrom plc/MATCH Services AG from April 2009 to January 2024. In this capacity, Gary managed sports event ticketing for several significant FIFA events, including the FIFA World Cup and FIFA Confederations Cup across various years. Additionally, Gary worked as a Customer Service Manager at Investec Asset Management from 2008 to 2009. Gary holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Paisley, earned between 1991 and 1995.
