Pia-Marie Ametsbichler has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Pia-Marie began their career as a Spa Receptionist and Trainee at Kempinski Hotels in 2008. Pia-Marie then worked at Cape Grace where they gained experience in various departments, including Front Office, Sales, HR, Reservations, and Duty Management.

In 2010, Pia-Marie joined Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa as a Front of House Trainee. Pia-Marie later worked at Six Senses Resorts & Spas as Sales and Marketing Support for German-speaking countries.

Pia-Marie's career took their to Meliá Hotels International, where they served as a Sales Office Manager and PA to the Regional Director of Sales. Pia-Marie later became the Director of Global Sales for the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics, with a focus on luxury leisure sales in the Nordic region and parts of the United Kingdom.
