Gaurav Kumar is the founder and CEO of Beyond Codes, a leading IT services company. Gaurav has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including business development, sales, and strategy. Prior to Beyond Codes, they were a business development manager at Leading IT services company and a sales manager at Mahindra & Mahindra. Gaurav has also been a charter member at TiE Southern California since September 2009.

Gaurav Kumar's educational career began at Delhi University, where they studied commerce and economics. Gaurav then went on to earn their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, with a focus in marketing and finance. Gaurav is currently pursuing a PhD in strategic management from the same school.
