Syed Zohaib has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Syed started their career as an Intern at Novartis in 2010, before moving on to a role as a Warehouse Co-Ordinator/Supply Chain Executive at the same company from 2011 to 2014.

In 2014, Zohaib worked as an Assistant Warehouse Manager at OPAL Laboratories Pvt Ltd, where they controlled warehouse operations and ensured timely supplies to production.

Syed then joined Al-Karam Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in 2015, followed by a role as a Customer Service and Sales Distribution Manager at Zong CMPak Ltd. There, Zohaib achieved sales targets and implemented cost-cutting strategies.

From 2018 to 2019, Zohaib served as a Manager at Parazelsus (Novartis), leading the Novartis Oncology Access Programs (NOAP) and managing payments and provision of medicine for cancer patients.

In 2019, Zohaib worked as a Customer Service Manager at One Ten Communications, where they established an efficient administrative team and prepared reports for decision making.

From 2021 to 2023, Zohaib worked at Westpac as a Business Analyst and later as a Consultant - Customer Assist. In these roles, they focused on customer needs, analyzed business requirements, and exceeded customer expectations while contributing to the achievement of team objectives.

Currently, Zohaib is a Business Analyst at Beyond Bank Australia, starting in 2023.

Syed Zohaib's education history includes an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Iqra University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. In 2014, they completed a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Syed Zohaib also pursued Lean Six Sigma Green belt training in Project Management from Udemy in 2021.

Furthermore, Syed Zohaib obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud, Business Analysis Foundations: Competencies, Excel for Business Analysts, Requirements Elicitation and Analysis, Visio 2021 Essential Training (Office 2021/LTSC), Learning SQL Programming, Business Analysis: Essential Tools and Techniques, Excel Quick Tips, and Word Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365). These certifications were obtained primarily from LinkedIn, with the most recent ones acquired in 2023. In addition, Syed Zohaib completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Udemy in 2021.
