Lihi Chen is a seasoned supply chain manager with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Manager at BEYEONICS™ and ElectReon since September 2022 and December 2020, respectively, Lihi also holds the position of Operations Manager and previously served as QC and Purchasing Manager at EPD Solutions, a Philips company, since May 2017. Earlier career experience includes roles such as NPI Purchasing Manager at Mellanox Technologies and Planner at Flex, with initial experience as RMA and MRB Leader at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Lihi holds an Engineer's degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from Braude Academic College, a Master of Arts in Negotiations for Management from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA in Business Administration from Ruppin Academic Center. Additionally, educational background includes a matriculation certificate in Computer and Communication from The Hebrew Reali School.
