Valeska Nemetz has been working in the real estate industry for over 15 years. In 2021, they became the Head of Product and Consumer Education & Co-founder at beycome, where they work directly with customers to educate them on how to list and buy a home through beycome. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Real Estate Supply Co. From 2007 to 2018, they were a Broker at John Balfanz Homes, Inc., where they helped people find the right home for their family and got to help design and build their dream home. Before that, they were a Community Representative at Shea Homes from 2006 to 2007 and a Human Resources employee at John Balfanz Homes from 2005 to 2006.

Valeska Nemetz has a diverse educational background. Valeska obtained a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2004, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General, and Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Valeska then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from Columbia College and Realtor University, with a focus on Real Estate Marketing and Sales and Real Estate, respectively. In 2007, they obtained a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the California Department of Real Estate.
