Alice Kinder is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Employment Legal Director at Bexley Beaumont since December 2022. With extensive experience as a Senior Associate Solicitor and Associate Solicitor, Alice has held various leadership roles at the Birmingham Law Society, including Past President and Board Director. Active in academia, Alice contributes as a Visiting Lecturer at The University of Law and Newman University Birmingham, as well as a Non-Executive Director at Manningham Housing Association. In addition to being a Social Mobility Ambassador for The Law Society, Alice's past roles include Employment and Pensions Associate at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP and Trainee Solicitor at Pinsent Masons, where Alice was recognized as a finalist for Trainee Solicitor of the Year at the Birmingham Law Society Legal Awards. Alice holds an MSc in Law, Business and Management from The University of Law and an LL.B. from the University of Birmingham.
