Hakim Blackwell is a highly skilled professional with diverse experience in appraisal, payroll, coaching, and military operations. As a Certified Residential Appraiser at Bexar Appraisal District since February 2019, Hakim applies expertise in property valuation. In addition, Hakim has served as a Payroll Specialist at CDS in Texas since October 2016 and works as a Performance Coach at SPARQ GRIND TIME PERFORMANCE since March 2015. Prior to these roles, military service as a Nodal Network Operator in the US Army from 2012 to 2015 contributed to strong technical and leadership skills. Hakim holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Strayer University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the same institution, further enhancing financial acumen.
