Pierre-Jean G. Malé is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy development and scientific research. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy at BEworks since September 2019, Pierre-Jean Malé drives organizational strategy and delivers science-led insights across industries including finance, healthcare, transportation, AI, and CPG. Previous roles at BEworks included Senior Strategist & Practice Manager and Senior Associate, Experimentation Team Lead. Prior to BEworks, Pierre-Jean Malé held postdoctoral research positions at Harvard University and the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Ecology, focusing on behavior, genetics, and ecological research. Pierre-Jean Malé also contributed to science popularization as Vice-President of Plume!, founding the Toulouse branch and significantly increasing its budget. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and a Master's degree from the University of Montpellier.
