Theo van Maurik is a seasoned project manager currently leading a greenfield project at BEWI RAW, focused on establishing a production line for EPS from recycled materials. With a strong background in process development, Theo has successfully managed teams of process engineers to enhance production processes. Prior roles include project engineer at Krohne Oil and Gas, where project management of a Pipeline Leak Detection System was a primary responsibility, and process engineer at Synbra Technology, specializing in the development of expanded polystyrene production processes. Early experience includes roles as a business intelligence consultant and application engineer, and internships at PURAC and Organon Pharmaceuticals, where investigations into various engineering processes were conducted. Theo holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
