Elena Pérez Sánchez is an experienced professional with expertise in process management and business analysis. Currently serving as a Process Manager at BeWay - The Behavioral Way since October 2023, Elena has previously held roles such as Business Process Analyst at BNP Paribas and Process Engineer at ING España&Portugal, where responsibilities included procedure management and continuous process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodology. Prior experience includes consulting and ERP application at NEORIS, as well as academic leadership roles during studies at the European University of Madrid. Elena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Industrial Engineering, a Master's Degree in Business Project Management, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Teacher Training for Secondary and High School Education.
