Cinthia Romaro's work experience includes holding the role of Principal at Bewater since October 2022. Cinthia previously worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Manager from February 2015 to September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Strategic Planning Analyst at Hypermarcas S/A from September 2013 to December 2014. Cinthia also had a winter internship at Itaú BBA in July and August 2013.

Cinthia Romaro completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP from 2010 to 2014. During their undergraduate studies, they participated in a 1-year exchange program in Chemical Engineering at ENSIC from 2012 to 2013.
