Andrew Doherty began their career in 2010 at State Street, where they held the role of Client Operations. In this role, they were the main point of contact for all client inquiries, performed weekly/monthly reporting, facilitated all mutual fund activity, and maintained internal and client relationships. In 2013, they became a Consultant for L. Knife & Son, Inc., where they consulted during the application process for the rights to distribute Yuengling in Massachusetts. Andrew performed market research, created sales projections, helped create the presentation, and prepared the executive team for the interview process. Andrew also helped plan, create, and execute the pre-launch sales strategy that opened about 800 new accounts. Also in 2013, they began working as an Experience Designer on a freelance basis. In 2014, they were hired as a Sales Analyst at Craft Brewers Guild, where they helped clean up their database, improved some internal processes, helped with brand acquisitions, and helped maintain the sales team's intranet site. In 2015, Andrew Doherty joined BevSpot as a Director of Product, and they later held roles as Senior Growth Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, Senior Operations Project Manager, Project Manager, and Sales Operations.

Andrew Doherty attended the College of the Holy Cross from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Andrew also attended General Assembly, where they studied Front End Web Development, User Experience Design, and Data Science.
