Gwendolyn Rodriguez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Graduate Assistant at the Missouri State University Learning Diagnostic Clinic, where they conducted psychoeducational evaluations on children and adults. In 2012, they worked as a Parent Aide at Associates in Caring, supervising visits between parents and their children in challenging situations. Since 2013, Gwendolyn has been a part of the Beverly Farm Foundation, initially serving as a Behavior Specialist and later promoted to the role of Director of Behavioral Health Services in September 2021.

Gwendolyn Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2007 to 2011.
