Bernard Collins serves as the Manager of Design + Strategy at Beveridge Williams since July 2009, leading a multidisciplinary team specializing in Urban Design, Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Traffic and Transport. Previously, Bernard held the position of Manager Planning Melbourne, focusing on planning and development strategy, stakeholder consultation, and project management. Bernard has also worked as a Senior Planner, Manager of Planning and Development Services at Burns Bridge Sweett, and a Senior Town Planner at Taylors Development Strategists, gaining extensive experience in land use proposals and development plans. With early roles as a Town Planner at Arup and Site Acquisitions Manager at AAPT Ltd and The Ozitel Network, along with a foundational education in Planning from RMIT University and Public Policy from the University of Melbourne, Bernard has built a robust career in planning and development.
