Frederique O. is the Head of E-commerce & Customer Service at Bever, a prominent Dutch outdoor brand, responsible for overseeing two teams of outdoor experts and contributing to 25% of the company's total net sales since April 2020. Previously, Frederique served as an Ecommerce Director (a.i.) and Head of E-commerce at Deloitte Digital, focusing on digital transformation strategies and data-driven customer insights. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, Founder of Envised, and Strategic Designer at Greeniant. Frederique's career began at Ahold as a Teamlead, complemented by academic roles as a tutor at TU Eindhoven. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
