Ronnell Sims has a diverse work history that includes extensive experience in mental health and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Mental Health Case Manager at Betty Hardwick Center since March 2017, Ronnell previously held positions such as Sales Associate at Integrity Car Care and Dealer Prep at Tige Boats, Inc. Other roles included Content Associate at Zomato and Delivery Driver at Favor, as well as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where customer service and sales skills were developed. Ronnell began the professional journey as a Busboy at Texas Roadhouse and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Southern Methodist University, completed in 2015.
