Steef Kapr has a diverse work experience history. Steef started their career as a Sales Agent at A-A-B Communicatie in 2010 and worked in that role until 2015. Then, in 2014, they had a short-term internship as a Stagiair Afdeling Inkoop at Detailresult Groep, where they conducted research on product availability optimization and provided support to the procurement department.
In 2015, Steef joined Betty Blocks as a Sales Development Representative and worked in that role until 2018. Steef then moved on to become the Teamlead Inside Sales BeNeLux from 2018 to 2019, managing the sales team and reporting their results to management.
From 2019 to 2020, Steef served as the Regional Sales Manager at Betty Blocks, overseeing two multi-disciplinary sales teams consisting of senior and junior sales roles, supporting roles, and a customer success manager.
Currently, Steef is working at Betty Blocks as the Revenue Operations Specialist since 2020, and starting in September 2022, they will transition into the role of Manager Revenue Operations.
Steef Kapr began their education at Jac P Thijsse College, where they obtained their Havo diploma in the field of Economie en maatschappij. Following this, they attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in marketing management. In addition to their degree, Steef Kapr has obtained further certifications, including a Business English Level C1 from Taleninstituut Brederode in April 2021 and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hogeschool Inholland / Inholland University of Applied Sciences in July 2018.
