Daniel Ritter is the Co-founder and CEO of Better World - Collective Intelligence since October 2017, focusing on leveraging AI and NLP to enhance customer intelligence and improve products and services. Daniel has been a member of the French Patient Experience Institute since March 2022. Previously, Daniel spent over 13 years at Boston Consulting Group, advancing from Intern to Partner & Associate Director, where responsibilities included leading digital and agile transformation programs, IT transformations, and building BCG's digital activities across Western Europe and South America. Early career experiences include internships at Total, focusing on techno-economic feasibility studies, and Thales, working on automation and optimization processes. Daniel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from CentraleSupélec and completed preparatory classes in mathematics at Masséna, Nice.
