Adam Rogers is currently an advisor at BetterWorld Technology, but they have also previously worked as the Director of Business Development for the Northeast Region at PCCW Global. PCCW Global is a global network services provider that delivers voice, data, and satellite services to multi-national corporations around the globe. It is a subsidiary of Hong Kong Telecom, which is the incumbent telecommunications provider in Hong Kong. Adam's primary responsibilities at PCCW Global included business development for global business accounts. This included working with Fortune 1000 companies, banks, financial advisory firms, mutual funds, and global trading exchanges. Adam was also responsible for maintaining a base of accounts, growing revenue, managing an internal team for business development and implementation projects, and acquiring new customers. In 2012, Adam was recognized as a development leader in the worldwide company newsletter. Adam was promoted in 2013 and was responsible for doubling the bank of accounts in under two years. This included the acquisition of a global high frequency trading firm, a global brand mutual fund, and a global financial advisory services firm.
