Caitlin Paterson is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in renewal management and commercial bid coordination. Currently serving as Manager of the Renewal Centre of Excellence at ServiceNow since April 2021, Caitlin has a strong focus on maximizing renewals and securing recurring revenues to drive company growth. Prior to ServiceNow, Caitlin led the NSE Global Renewals Team at VIAVI Solutions, where responsibilities included managing renewals for a portfolio of support contracts and coordinating complex RFP responses for telecommunications solutions. Caitlin's career began at The University of Edinburgh, where roles included Administrative Assistant and Grounds Assistant, before a summer internship in Marketing Communications with the 5 Boroughs Partnership Foundation NHS Trust. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Business Analysis and a Master of Arts in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
