Alice Royer is a Customer Success Manager at Betterway since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in customer operations. Prior to this role, Alice worked at Ambler as an Opérations et service client from March 2021 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at SEMAPHORES from February 2019 to January 2021, where Alice engaged in various missions related to management dynamics, gender equality analysis, employment forecasting, and workplace well-being. Additionally, Alice gained valuable insights as a Consultant Intern at Blue 449 and as an intern at 20 Minutes France.
