Nika Cassel-Feiss serves as Vice President of Partner Value & Pricing Strategy at BetterUp, having previously held roles in partner insights and value management within the same company since March 2022. Prior experience includes operations lead at Forward, where innovative healthcare technologies are employed, and key positions at Google focusing on go-to-market strategies. Nika is also the founder of Poppy, a support system for those grieving, and has experience as a venture associate at Moderne Ventures, a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, and has interned at various firms including P-Solve and Global Protection Corp. Educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University and a BSBA from Boston University, complemented by studies at Copenhagen Business School.
