Kristen Flores is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and demand generation. Currently serving as the Growth Marketing Lead at BetterUp since June 2022, Kristen previously held several key roles including Director of Demand Generation at pymetrics, where strategic efforts led to significant increases in database size and pipeline creation. At Narvar, Kristen managed a global team and budget to enhance customer engagement campaigns, and at Verizon Media, Kristen developed impactful client engagement programs. Prior positions include Global Events Marketing Manager at Twitter and Events Marketing Manager at Undertone, showcasing a strong ability to drive expansion opportunities and client relationships through effective marketing strategies.
