Hina Patel is an accomplished engineering leader with over a decade of experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at BetterUp since September 2021, Hina focuses on advancing the company's mission to enhance individual clarity and purpose. Prior to BetterUp, Hina held various roles at Salesforce from 2010 to 2021, progressing from Software Quality Engineering Intern to Engineering Manager for Revenue Cloud. Throughout this tenure, Hina engaged with top financial services customers, developed intelligence features for Salesforce platforms, and contributed to quality assurance practices across multiple cloud products. Hina holds a degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego.
