Valeria Vélez has been working in the field of talent development since 2007. Valeria began their career as a Manager Trainee and Training Coordinator at Grupo Carso, and then moved on to become the Corporate Manager of Talent Development, where they were responsible for talent development programs and internal Coaching for Managers and Leaders. In 2016, they became the Founder of Consultancy Services - Leadership & Talent Development and a Faculty Member at Co-Active Training Institute. In 2019, they took on the role of Executive Coach at Blue Bridge - Talent Center, and in 2021 they joined BetterManager as an Executive Coach.

Valeria Vélez has a diverse educational background. In 2002, they obtained a Psychology Degree from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí. In 2010, they earned a Master's degree in Innovation from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2015, they completed a Co-Active Leadership program from The Co-Active Training Institute. From 2017 to 2019, they obtained an Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching from CRR (Center for Right Relationship). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as a BetterManager Executive Coach in 2023, a Leadership Circle Profile in 2016, a Leadership Program from Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2015, a CPCC, Certified Profesional Co-Active Coach from Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2013, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation in 2017.
