Eva Berger, PCC (ICF) has been working in the coaching and consulting industry since 2014. Eva is currently an Executive and Leadership Coach and Corporate Facilitator at BetterManager, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were an Executive Coach and Leadership Coach at Ezra Coaching (2021) and a Leadership Coach and Coach Training Facilitator at The Forton Group Ltd (2021). Eva was also a Leadership Development Facilitator at NIIT (2022) and an HR Manager and Internal Coach at Pocket Manager (2017). Eva has also been an Affiliate Coach at Jerry Essary Coaching (2017) and a Corporate Coach and Trainer at their own business, Eva Berger Coaching & Consulting (2014). Additionally, they are a member of BTAS Italy (2020).

Eva Berger, PCC (ICF) has an education history which includes a Coach U Certified Graduate degree from CoachU & Corporate CoachU, Inc. obtained in March 2022 and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation obtained in April 2022. Additionally, they hold a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner - Delivered by and Change certification from Prosci obtained in February 2023, as well as an Advanced Coaching Program certification and a Coaching Clinic™ Licensed Facilitator certification from Coach U, Inc. Eva also attended the University of Vienna.
