Steve Kennedy, Ed.D. has worked in the education field for many years. In 2013, they were appointed as the Superintendent of Menifee Union School District and also served as a Board Member for Boys & Girls Club of Menifee. In 2020, they joined The Cosca Group as a Partner, where they are responsible for providing professional development and mentoring to educational leaders. In 2021, they took on additional roles as an Educational Consultant for BetterLesson and Amplio Learning.

Steve Kennedy, Ed.D. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from San Diego State University. Steve then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Education from National University. In 2010, they began their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at Argosy University Los Angeles, which they completed in 2013. Steve also studied Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the University of Southern California, and obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from National University. Lastly, they earned a Doctor of Education - EdD in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Argosy University.
