Yazgulu (Yaz) Bildik Isikli has extensive experience in Product Management and Development, starting as a Business Analyst at Garanti BBVA in 2014. Yazgulu (Yaz) then moved on to roles such as Product Development & Innovation Associate, Lead Product Manager, and Product Manager at Trendyol Group, where they played a key role in the acquisition of Dolap. Yaz later joined BetterHelp as a Senior Product Manager, progressing to roles like Principal Product Manager and Group Product Manager. Yazgulu (Yaz) currently serves as the Director of Product - Client Growth at BetterHelp, demonstrating their strong leadership and strategic product development skills. Additionally, they co-founded Evdeki Pazar, a local food marketplace project in Turkey. Throughout their career, Yaz has led various product initiatives, conducted user research, and implemented successful features to drive revenue growth.

Yazgulu (Yaz) Bildik Isikli holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University (2007-2012) and a Master's degree in Technology, Policy & Management from Delft University of Technology (2012-2014). Yazgulu (Yaz) also pursued a Minor's Degree in Psychology at Bilkent University (2010-2012) and participated in an Erasmus Student program at Tampere University of Technology in 2011. In 2016, they received a certification in Interaction Design Fundamentals from LinkedIn.
