Roji Aldashi has extensive work experience in various organizations. Roji started working in AIG in 1990 as a Marketing & Licensing Manager and worked there till 1994. Roji then worked as a Sales Manager at Clinique Cosmetic from 1994 till 1995. In 1995, they joined The Integer Group and held various roles such as Regional Account Executive, Regional Account Supervisor, and Regional Account Director - Southeast Region until 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Managing Partner at LILI PROPERTIES, INC. Currently, since March 2019, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Better Tomorrow Solar.
