Lucy Kelly is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a comprehensive background in rehabilitation and aged care. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Better Rehabilitation since December 2018, Lucy previously held positions as a Rehabilitation Consultant at Strive Occupational Rehabilitation and as a locum Occupational Therapist with Slough Borough Council. Lucy's expertise includes working within multidisciplinary teams in aged care facilities, providing assessments and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Past roles also encompass supporting individuals with disabilities as a Personal Support Worker and gaining experience through various student placements focused on rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, and mental health care.
