Kate Hasz is a Contract Designer at Better Place Forests since June 2023, with extensive experience in product and user experience design. Previously, Kate served as a Senior Product Designer at Swimlane, where contributions included managing and evolving a design system and conducting user research to drive usability improvements. Kate also held roles at KPMG US as a Senior Specialist in Experience Design, focusing on human-centered design for various clients, and at Brandfolder, Inc., where improvements to usability were implemented for search features. Past experience includes digital design at The Denver Mart and graphic design at Charm City Yoga. Kate earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Towson University and completed the User Experience Design Intensive Course at General Assembly.
