Jay Annadatha, D.Sc., has a wealth of professional experience in the field of applied data analytics and IT consulting. Since 2015, they have been an Associate Professor (Applied Data Analytics) at Pennsylvania Western University, where they were responsible for program development, course curriculum, and online course content. Jay also founded and served as CEO of Better Minds Consulting, LLC from 2006-2015, where they managed client relationships, project management, and business development. From 2014-2015, they served as an Adjunct Professor of Computer and Information Systems at Robert Morris University, and as an Adjunct Professor of Engineering, Mathematics and Science at the same institution. Jay also served as a Mentor at Everwise in 2014, a Part Time Faculty at Butler County Community College in 2015, an Instructor of Corporate Training at University of California, Irvine Extension in 2015, and Director of IT Consulting Services, Solutions, and Business Development at WOW Global Corp, LLC from 2002-2006. Prior to this, they were Director of Software Consulting and Solutions at International Software Consulting, Inc. from 1999-2002, and a Senior Scientist, Engineer, and Project Manager at a Research and Development Organization from 1984-1999.

Jay Annadatha, D.Sc., has an extensive education history. Jay obtained a D.Sc. in Information Systems & Communications from Robert Morris University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a ME (Masters') in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1987 and 1988. Jay also obtained a BE (Honors) (Bachelor's) in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore between 1979 and 1984. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including an Introduction to Data Science Statistical Methods from SAS in June 2021, an AWS Educate Cloud Ambassador from AWS Educate in April 2020, a Data Science 101 from IBM Cognitive Class in November 2017, a Customer Analytics by University of Pennsylvania on Coursera (Online) from Coursera Course Certificates in May 2016, an Introduction to Communication Science from University of Amsterdam / Coursera in March 2014, an MITx MAS.S69x, Big Data and Social Physics through edX in 2014, an AWS Academy Educator from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2022, and an AccessData Certified Examiner from AccessData in April 2015.
