Rick Thomas possesses a diverse background in sales, customer service, and public health, with significant experience in e-commerce and case management. Currently serving as an E-Commerce Sales Specialist at Better Life Technology® since April 2022, Rick manages operations across multiple direct-to-consumer platforms, contributing to marketing efforts through newsletters and social media. Prior to this role, Rick led a team of contact tracers at Agile Government Services and conducted case investigations for Johnson County, KS Government during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rick's earlier roles include customer service and product management positions at Innovative Cinema Solutions and Collectors Cache, respectively, as well as sales positions in insurance. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
