Henri Elkouby has worked in the engineering and project management fields since 2007. henri began their career at CBC as a Project Manager in 2007. In 2009, they joined Tara Dairy as a Chief Engineer, a position they still hold. In 2021, they became the Chief Engineer at Better Juice.

Henri Elkouby obtained a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution between 1997 and 2001.
