Elad Landau has extensive experience as a Lab Manager. From 2017 onwards, they worked at Better Juice, and prior to that, they worked at the Institute of Biochemistry, Food Science, and Nutrition starting in 2006. There is no specified end date for either position.

Elad Landau pursued their higher education at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they studied Biochemistry and Microbiology. Elad completed their PhD in this field, attending the university from 2006 to 2010.
