Marie Turner has been working with Better Homes Realty NJ since June 2009 as a Broker Associate. Marie is responsible for recruiting real estate agents and brokers, managing the office, staff recruitment, supervision, and motivation, interpretation of corporate administration policies, employee development, training, and budget management. Prior to this role, Marie worked as a Broker/Manager for Better Homes Realty since August 2004, overseeing the Cherry Hill, NJ location and focusing on marketing and technology to drive success in the marketplace.
