Jonathon ensured that customer scheduling, employee scheduling, repair procedures, and quality control were all completed effectively. Additionally, they managed the shop's performance in key insurance metrics, administration, and financial profitability.

In 2014, Jonathon founded Hemera Events, a luxury event planning company. Jonathon led a corporate event planning team that specialized in organizing various corporate functions, such as fundraisers, grand openings, and annual functions. Jonathon also had a wedding planning team that focused on luxury wedding design, destination weddings, and management.

Jonathon went on to become the Chief Executive Officer of Better Collision Centers in 2019. As the CEO, they were responsible for making operational and financial strategic decisions to ensure the company's profitability and growth. Jonathon also facilitated business partnership agreements with major auto insurance companies and managed a team of over 200 employees.
