Martim Vaz de Carvalho is an experienced commercial leader currently serving as Commercial Team Lead for both Europe and LATAM at Better Collective since November 2020. Previously, Martim held various roles at Better Collective, including Lead Key Account & Relations Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Enterprise Solutions Business Developer at Xpand IT, where Martim focused on generating new business for the Enterprise Solutions Unit, and roles as Sales Engineer and Sales Engineer Trainee at Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics. Early in the career, Martim gained experience as a Content Writer at Better Collective and as a Sales Assistant at Hotel Chocolat. Martim holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in systems automation and control from Instituto Superior Técnico, where a focus was on the experimental evaluation of superconductors during the Master thesis project.
