Louise Rosendahl Dinesen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people strategy and HR management. Currently serving as a Partner at Dinesen & You since March 2024, Louise previously held numerous senior roles at Better Collective from February 2016, including Senior Group People Strategy Specialist, Director HR Strategy & Group People Experience, and Head of Group People Experience. Prior to that, Louise worked at DONG Energy as an HR Business Partner and Senior HR Consultant and began their career at Accenture as an HR Administration Advisor. Louise holds a Cand merc degree in HRM from Copenhagen Business School, completed from 2001 to 2007, and attended N. Zahles seminarie skole og efterfølgende gymnasie from 1986 to 1999.
