Ricardo Luiz Oliveira is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in project analysis and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior Project Analyst at Betta Global Partner since September 2019, Ricardo specializes in planning and managing information systems projects, interfacing between IT and various stakeholders to enhance technological solutions and performance quality. Previously, Ricardo held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Atento from January 2007 to September 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing project development, SLA management, and technical training. Early career experience included roles as Supervisor and Telecom Technician at Atento and Grupo TelSul, respectively, focusing on network management and data transmission.
