Minh Hoang Ngoc currently serves as Plant Director at Betrimex Vietnam since June 2023, building upon a robust career in production management. Prior experience at Nestlé spanned from November 2011 to June 2023, encompassing roles such as Senior Production Supervisor and Operation & Start Up Leader for the FINO TFA A1 installation project. Minh held various leadership positions, including Process Leadership Team Leader and Filling & Packing Production Supervisor. Additionally, time at GANNON from 2009 to 2011 as Maintenance Supervisor focused on maintenance and improvement of RTD processes and filling packing lines. Minh earned an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from HCM University of Technology and Education between 2013 and 2017.
