Ella Naor has a diverse work experience. Ella started their career at Shibolet & Co. as a Legal Intern in September 2018 and worked there until September 2019. In November 2020, they joined Beti as a Sales Manager and later became the Director of Sales in November 2022. Ella'scurrent position at Beti is ongoing.

Ella Naor pursued their education at Reichman University from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, specializing in Law. After their studies, Ella Naor obtained a certification as a Lawyer from the Israel Bar Association in January 2020.
