Alen also worked as a Senior Consultant in Private Equity/M&A Tax at PwC between October 2012 and June 2015, and completed legal internships at the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where the focus was on legal and tax services related to Private Equity/M&A Tax.
