Brian MacLeod retired as Senior Pastor from Bethlehem Baptist Church in the fall of 2020, after a tenure that began in October 1983, which included a move to a new facility in 2015. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Sales Representative at Electro Term from September 1981 to October 1983 and served as an Administrator at Enterprise Radio from 1979 to 1980. Brian holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoring in the 21st Century from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (2006-2009), a Master of Divinity in Theology from Bethel Seminary of the East (1988-1991), and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Theatre from UMass Amherst (1968-1972).
