Rita Geller is an accomplished compensation management professional with extensive experience in healthcare and administration. Currently serving as the VP of Compensation at Beth Israel Lahey Health, Rita has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Executive Director and Director of Compensation. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Compensation and HRIS at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Associate Director of HR & Administration for IS&T at MIT. Rita began their career as an HR Generalist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Rita holds a BA in Psychology from Boston University and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
