Julie Welch, MBA, currently serves as VP, HRBP at Beth Israel Lahey Health since September 2021, following a tenure as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham from October 2018 to September 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Steward Health Care's Norwood and Morton Hospitals, as well as various positions at Tufts Medical Center, including Assistant Director of Employee Relations & HR Operations. Julie's career in human resources began at WLVI-TV/WB56, and included a managerial position at Litecontrol Corporation. Julie holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a BSBA in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Business Management from Northeastern University.
