Stephanie Diekman is an experienced operations manager currently working at Betco Corporation since December 2021. Previously, Stephanie held various positions at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2009 to December 2021, including Quality Engineering Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, and Quality Engineer, focusing on quality assurance for assembly lines and manufacturing processes. Stephanie began their career as an intern at Worthington Industries in 2006. Stephanie holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Toledo.
