With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Felipe also serves as the President of the Board at Grupo Giovanoni and a Strategic Management Professor at CNEX/Atitus. Additionally, Felipe is an active Board Member and Accelerator Chair for the Entrepreneurs' Organization and has held advisory positions in various educational and consultancy firms. Felipe's background includes founding Esquadra Consultoria and Esquadra Investimentos, and previously working as an Investment Advisor at XP INVESTIMENTOS. Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and has pursued advanced studies in Business Transformation and Strategic Marketing from renowned institutions such as Hyper Island and Wharton Executive Education.
