Hassan Mohamed has extensive work experience in the IT industry. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an IT technical support at OFIS SOFT, where they were responsible for installing and configuring servers, managing active directory, computer hardware, operating systems, and printers. Since 2010, Hassan has been working at BETA Egypt, initially as a Senior IT Specialist and later as the IT Section Head. In their roles at BETA Egypt, they have gained expertise in network administration, specifically Cisco routing and switching, firewall management (fortigate, cisco ASA), and server installation and configuration.

Hassan Mohamed obtained a Bachelor of Computers degree in Management Information Systems from Advanced Academy, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In 2013, they attended Over IP Learn to pursue a degree in Cisco CCNA Voice, specializing in CVoice. In 2017, they enrolled in New Horizon to achieve an MCSA 2016 certification in Network Administration.
